Reiki is a healing modality but it is also an enlightenment system that connects you in a more profound way to your higher self, so it can be very powerful to become attuned to Reiki, but what is this attunement thing that Reiki people often talk about? I get that question a lot so that is what I’m bringing today…

What is attunement?
A Reiki attunement is an initiation into a sacred metaphysical order that has been present on Earth for thousands of years. By receiving an attunement in each level of Reiki, you become part of a group of people who are using Reiki to heal themselves and others. By becoming part of this state of mind, your connection to the spiritual qualities of life will become stronger and more meaningful, for example, if you have a religious background, your connection with the spiritual aspects of your religion will become stronger.
The attunement is also a process of empowerment that opens your crown and heart chakras in a special way so as to connect you to the source of Reiki energy. During the attunement and for a time after, changes will be made by the attunement energy to enable you to channel Reiki. These changes take place metaphysically in the chakras, aura and also in the physical body. An emotional and physical toxic release can sometimes take place as part of this profound clearing process.

What are the consequences of the Reiki attunement?
People often report that after being attuned to Reiki their intuition improves considerably, as well as the perception of the magnetic field, chakras and aura, which facilitates the process of identifying the flow and blockages of energy in people’s bodies, plants, animals and places. It is also reported that they feel more protected against negativity since they become more aware of their own energy and that can also be because of the connection to spirit guides and angels that is enhanced after the process.

Reiki Level I:
On the very first level of Reiki you will learn how to use Reiki for yourself, loved ones and how to treat animals and plants.

Course includes:
– What is Reiki?
– Brief history
– Introduction to the Energetic system, chakras and aura
– Reiki to self, family, friends, pets and plants
– How to protect and preserve your energy levels
– Practice sessions: self-treatment; give and receive a session
– The attunement process.

Reiki Level II:
Will allow you to treat others and access deeper levels of consciousness. You will learn the three sacred symbols, learn to send Reiki from a distance and more.
The second degree gives you the option to offer Reiki professionally as a holistic practitioner.

Course includes:
– Three sacred symbols to deepen and increase intuition and healing energy
– How to work deeper with the chakras, aura and other energetic bodies
– Reiki as a profession and the practical issue of charging for the treatment.
– Self-healing meditation
– Distance healing
– Practice sessions: Group healing.

Nov 16 – Chakra Clearing Meditation
Chakras are energetic wheels found throughout the entire body. You have seven main energy centres along the spine. These chakras correlate to physical, emotional, spiritual and psychological aspects mirrored in every aspect of our lives. This meditation dives into each of the chakras to unlock and reveal their power to spread energy, throughout the entire body. The purpose of this meditation is to identify blockages in order to unleash your fullest potential.

Dec 1 and 2 – Reiki Levels I and II Workshop

Dec 14 – Meditation for Manifestation
Are you manifesting the right way? Believe me, in many years as a healer and spiritual coaching I have realized that a lot of people out there don’t manifest the right way.
